I have decided that I need to make goals for myself. This could be where I failed last time. If I don't have a goal to try to achieve, I will not achieve anything.
For August I have given myself a few goals:
- Track EVERYTHING no matter if it is good food or bad
- Drink at least 2L (8cups) of water every day
- Become more active - ride my bike more often
- Lose 6-10lb by my September WI
- ENJOY THIS EXPERIENCE AND HAVE FUN!!!!!
